2. Purpose of Processing

At WhiteWai we process the information provided by interested parties to manage their request for a quote or information through the contact forms and to answer their questions about our development services. For the operation of our Voice Virtual Assistant, we temporarily capture user audio through the microphone. This capture has the sole purpose of transcribing the query to text in order to process and respond to it. The original audio file is strictly ephemeral, it is deleted immediately after transcription and is never stored on our servers. Additionally, we store the conversation history in text format in an anonymized way, without registering the IP address or identifying user data. The purpose of this storage is to analyze which services users demand and train our Artificial Intelligence for continuous service improvement.

3. Legitimation

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent of the user. This consent is granted by filling out the contact forms and accepting this policy, as well as at the moment the user decides to enable microphone access to interact with the Voice Virtual Assistant. Likewise, the processing is based on our legitimate interest for storing completely anonymized text conversations. This process is carried out exclusively for statistical analysis and service quality improvement purposes, ensuring at all times that such information will not be used to create identifiable user profiles.

4. Data Retention

Your personal data (forms) will be retained for the strictly necessary time to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Anonymous Chatbot conversation records may be retained for a longer period for historical statistical purposes, as they do not contain linked personal data.

5. Recipients

QualitApps Europe S.L.U. will not transfer your data to third parties, except by legal obligation. However, for the technical provision of services (such as web hosting, AI providers, or management tools), your data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors, who comply with data protection regulations.

6. Rights

You have the following rights: Access your personal data. Request the rectification of inaccurate data. Request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary. Object to processing. Request the limitation of processing. Data portability. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to info@qualitapps.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent identification document. Likewise, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time and to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.
